Excellent opportunity to work in a well established, premium quality and high end dessert manufacturer. You will be responsible for one Food Technologist and a team of QA Assistants, experience of line management essential. 

Duties to include but not limited to;

  • Maintaining HACCP
  • Maintain all policies relating to food safety and pest control
  • Monitoring and maintaining team training and development
  • Liaise with customers on all technical issues and to maintain the company complaints procedure
  • To co-ordinate supplier audits, and review supplier performance against defined standards
  • Provide technical expertise in all aspect of raw materials
