A leading West Midlands based Sports and Nutrition business are currently working with ElevateRTC in search of a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager. Due to significant growth in the business, this on-trend and market leader have recently moved to new premises and continue to grow from strength to strength. This is a newly formed role with sole responsibility for organising multiple types of sponsorships and events.

Further duties to include;

  • Identify new sponsorship opportunities and negotiate deals with relevant people and events
  • Work closely with and build successful relationships with internal content team and external PR teams
  • Manage all sponsorship budgets for athletes, events and track all level of spend
  • Identify and target key events, athletes and influencers to benefit the business
  • Prepare partnership proposals for sponsors to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership
  • Convert and manage new enquiries

The business is looking for an experienced sponsorship professional, ideally within FMCG, with a keen interest in Sports and Nutrition. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be confident to network. You must have a proven track record of sponsorship agreements and be massively self-motivated. Social strategies and a sound knowledge of digital content is also important.
