A Nationally recognised and leading snacking business is currently recruiting for a Shift Operations Manager ideally from an FMCG manufacturing background. You must have supervisory experience and either hold a Lean Manufacturing certificate or be prepared to undertake training of such.
The role is on a weekly rotating shift pattern offering a basic salary in the region of £25,000 with a further shift premium on top of this.
You must be able to lead by example on good practice and provide leadership and support to line operators. You will also operate as part of the Area Management team to achieve KPI targets for area of responsibility e. cost variance, efficiency, waste, TOS, CPM, safety rating, hygiene rating and PQE.
