Shift Manager - Kent - Kent

Our client needs a Shift Manager in Kent. They supply chilled products to major retailers as well as the food service market and are coming off the back of a summer of incredible growth. They have talent pathways in place and will do all they can to progress your personal aspirations along with those of the business simultaneously. Please find further details below;

The Role

• £34,000-£36,000
• Monday to Friday
• Taking responsibility for a team of up to 100, with Production Supervisors reporting directly into this role
• Reporting in to the Production Manager

The Candidate

• Leadership experience within a food manufacturing / FMCG environment
• IOSH Managing Safely or ability to pass the qualification
• HACCP Level 2 or ability to pass the qualification
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• The ability to motivate individuals to work towards a common goal
