Shift Manager - Kent - Kent

Our client needs a Shift Manager in Kent. They supply Fresh Produce to major retailers as well as the food service market and have multiple sites across the South East. They’re huge on succession planning and have several positions more senior to this one within the business, offering genuine opportunities for progression. Please find further details below;

The Role

• £38,000-£44,000
• 4 on 3 off, days
• Taking responsibility for a team of up to 120, with Production Supervisors and a Deputy Shift Manager reporting directly into this role
• Reporting in to the Production Manager

The Candidate

• Leadership experience within a food manufacturing / FMCG environment
• IOSH Managing Safely or ability to pass the qualification
• HACCP Level 2 or ability to pass the qualification
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• The ability to motivate individuals to work towards a common goal
