We are recruiting a Senior Engineer to join a rapidly expanding and highly reputable food manufacturing company in North Wales.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, we are looking for a Senior Engineer with a real passion for maintenance and a keen eye for detail. We are on the look out for someone who can work and operate under their own initiative, is a proven team player and has experience mentoring and coaching staff.
The company are a growing business and have a number of sites across North Wales. They specialise in producing healthy and alternative snack bars for the major retailers and are growing their product range.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have one of the following skills and experiences,
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer or Maintenance Engineer wanting a step up in career
- Maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
- Undertake reactive and planned maintenance
- Review and advise on engineering requirements
- Maintaining effective working relationships
We are also interested in hearing from you if you have one of the following qualifications
- Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ/BTEC/City & Guilds)
- Time-served engineering apprenticeship
- Mechanical bias
- Fabrication/welding skills
- Food/FMCG experience
The Senior Engineer role has an attractive salary of £40,000, is on a day shift role (Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm), with 21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
The Senior Engineer role will be challenging and will involve working under your own initiative to produce results.
