My clients are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the Sales Director and UK / Export trading Managers in the form of:
Undertake regular category analysis reviews and report on findings to commercial team at monthly sales meeting. Support the commercial team on customer site visits, presentations and tradeshows.
Prepare and manage accurate weekly sales reports and forecasts. Ensure information is communicated effectively with the sales Director and supply chain administrator. Ensure accurate information is provided to the sales team when they are active in the field: Stock less sales, pricing, availability of stock needs to be clearly communicate on a daily basis. Research and share with the sales team weekly market competitor report and pricing data including social media.
Assist with quarterly retail product and competitor trawls and collate the data for presentation to the sales team. Constant feedback of information with regard to market & competitor activities to colleagues, marketing and NPD. Attend sales meetings, conferences and other Company events and carry out day to day administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

- Appropriate experience of operating in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and able to share any changes within the team.
- Can effectively motivate teams.
- The ability to manage the day to day whilst challenging the norm in a positive and constructive manner.
