Production Shift Manager - London

We are looking to recruit a Production Shift Manager to join a fast-moving food manufacturer in North London.

 

Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Production Shift Manager with a proven track record in problem solving, someone who is up for a challenge and a keen eye for detail.

 

The company specialise in food production, and expansion is leading to the need for a shift manager to join a company who is leading their market from the front. The Enfield site has seen major investment over the last six months and are looking for a shift manager to aid the growth of the business.

 

We are interested in hearing from you if you have one of the following skills and experiences-

 

• Previous experience as a Production Shift Manager within the food or FMCG environment.

• Experience of leading a team which strives to deliver a CI project. 

• A proven track record of coaching and developing teams.

• Experience and understanding in managing stocks, preferably experience of WMS (warehouse management systems). 

• The ability to problem solve under pressure. 

• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. 

 

Key qualifications are-

 

• IOSH Managing safety 

• Basic Food Hygiene 

• HACCP level 2 

• Desirably but not essential a degree in Manufacturing/ Science/ Engineering/ Supply Chain 

 

The Production Shift Manager role offers an attractive salary of £33,000- £36,000 depending on experience on a day shift pattern (8-hour shift covering between 6am - 11pm). The role offers a great holiday package and other company benefits, good pension scheme and a great working environment.
