Product Development Technologist - London

Elevate are excited to be working on behalf of a young, vibrant and rapidly expanding confectionery business based in Camden, London who are looking for an experienced Product Development Technologist. This business has doubled in growth in the past 12 months and looking to do the same in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities;

• Drive the 2019 product strategy forward including idea generation, new ingredients sourcing and managing timelines and costings
• Supervise and attend taste trials at the factory based in North East England (stay overs required once monthly)
• Support Product Manager in all aspects of product development
• Drive continuous improvement
• Manage tracking of customer and consumer complaints

You must have a Food Science or related degree.
