We are recruiting for Maintenance Engineers to join the UK's largest and most established packaging company, in Wiltshire.

We are looking for two Maintenance Engineers who have a proven track record in engineering, someone who has a keen eye for detail and a proven team player.

The company are a market leader in sustainable packaging and boast a number of sites UK wide. The range of packaging extends into industries such as the food industry, plastics, automotive and retail. This site specialises in corrugated cardboard packaging, and are looking for engineers who have previous experience within packaging or manufacturing.

We are interested in hearing from you if you have one of the following skills and experiences,

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Using mechanical or electrical skills to resolve breakdown issues
  • Reactive and PPM maintenance
  • Continuous improvement and project management
  • Improving machine reliability and decreasing downtime

We are also interested in hearing from you if you have one of the following qualifications

  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • NVQ/BTEC/HNC in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • PLC training
  • Pneumatics and Hydraulics

The Maintenance Engineer role attracts an attractive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with 23 days annual holidays. The shift pattern is four on four with 2 days and 2 nights, a competitive company pension and cycle to work scheme.
