Our client, a renowned multi-site food manufacturer with production facilities across the UK, have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Human Resources Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and working closely with the Group HR Director, you will help drive forward all aspects of HR across their Bedfordshire site.
The HR Manager will manage, and continually improve, the site HR function to deliver site, division, and group strategy in line with company policy, legislation and best practice. This is a key role within the business - you will be part of the Site Management Team and involved in major business decisions and plans for the site. You will be expected to build, and then maintain a strong understanding of both current, and potential HR, and staffing issues on the site – affording you the opportunity to play a key role in business forward planning.
