Health and Safety / HR Coordinator - Gwynedd

We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety / HR Coordinator to work within an expanding food production business in the Dolgellau area. You must possess an IOSH certificate and ideally have experience of working within a manufacturing environment.  You will also have proven risk assessment experience.

Duties to include but not limited to;

1. Ensuring Return to Work Interviews are correctly completed by the Team Leaders and Management
2. Completing Health and Safety briefs
3. Ensuring thorough risk assessments are in place at all times
4. Delivering Health and Safety induction training
5. Ensuring all Health and Safety records, training records, risk assessments and such are thoroughly documented and stored
