Head Chef - Nottinghamshire

ElevateRTC are working with a high-end gastro pub based in Wilford, Nottingham who are looking to appoint a new Head Chef. You will bring a wealth of experience and new menu ideas for the up and coming business. To join a kitchen of 4 sous and 2 kitchen assistants, this is a massively exciting time to join and lead the team, working closely with the MD ensuring the restaurant continues to grow creating an excellent reputation across Nottinghamshire.

Role and Responsibilities;

• Kitchen staff management
• Ongoing training for all staff
• Budget management and stock ordering
• Creating new menu dishes
• Creating a motivated and positive work environment

Experience;

• Extensive experience within a professional kitchen either at Senior Sous of Head Chef level
• People management
• Stock ordering
• Menu creations
