Development Engineer - Oxfordshire

We’re currently seeking to recruit a self motivated Mechanical Engineer, to work for one of the biggest packaging Companies in the world.

We’re looking for a engineer to break the mould - someone who will lead the way when it comes to improvement ideas, who will look objectively at every angle of a situation to guarantee that all outcomes are calculated and executed to the best of their ability.

The company is well established with more than 100 years’ worth of experience when it comes to being one of the best within the packaging field. From one site to covering over more than one continent and having more than 22,000 employees. This company really does pave the way when it comes to packaging.

We’re interested in hearing from all Mechanical Engineers who have the following experience;

• >A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with double seams in the can making industry
• >Experience in Tooling design via CAD
• >Ability to write reports and presentations using Microsoft office

To be successful you must have one of the following qualifications in the relevant discipline;

• >HNC - HND
• >NVQ Level 3
• >Apprentice Trained Mechanical Engineer

This Mechanical Engineer role is an ideal Mon-Fri position.

This role will be challenging and will not be easy-it’s not your everyday walk in the park kind of role….
