Customer Marketing Manager - West Midlands

ElevateRTC are working with a Sports and Nutrition business based in the West Midlands who have created a Customer Marketing Manager position to manage integrated B2C marketing plans. Particular focus for campaigns will be ATL advertising, social media, PR, experiential and media buying. This is an exciting time to join a four-years-in-a-row Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 business.

Duties to include:

  • Briefing and booking media for wider campaign plans and manage the budget allocated for each campaign
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Category to deliver the annual marketing plan and understand the market and consumer motivations
  • Coordinate with NPD to support with product launches, ensuring the campaign is creative and relevant
  • Managing external agencies on campaign objectives and coordinating from concept to execution
  • Consistently be a brand ambassador to ensure full engagement from internal staff and external audiences
  • Track and report on campaign performance whilst working alongside other Marketing team members
  • Budget management and responsibility
