Compliance Manager - Kent

ElevateRTC are working with a rapidly expanding and already established fresh produce business who are looking for an experience Compliance Manager to join the Technical Team. Working closely with the Sales, Procurement, growers and Packhouse Teams you will manage the existing compliance and management of new grower assessment. This is an office based role with travel to different packhouse sites for auditing purposes.

Main responsibilities;

• Acting quickly to resolve compliance issues
• Manage the communication of QC hold notices to Packhouses
• Management and development for Admin Compliance Assistant
• Implementation of Site swabbing
• Support growers / packhouses with closing any quality, food safety, integrity and legal compliance gaps
• Setting up new suppliers on internal systems
• Manage auditing schedule for customers
