Our quickly expanding clients in Shropshire are looking for a driven Client Services Manager to implement, manage and lead a strategic plan to improve internal and external business communications. 

The role will include:

  • Undertaking regular category analysis reviews and report on findings to the commercial team at monthly sales meetings
  • Support the commercial team on customer service site visits, presentations, customer offers, quotes and trade shows.
  • Research and share with the sales team weekly market competitor report and pricing data including social media.
  • Fully own and manage the aged stock and SKU rationalisation reports and consolidate all team feedback for a weekly summary report.  Act as the site link on all things commercial to support the sales team when mobile.
  • Assist with quarterly retail product and competitor trawls and collate the data for presentation to the sales team.
  • Constant feedback of information with regard to market & competitor activities to colleagues, marketing and NPD.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences and other Company events and carry out day to day administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To actively participate in training and development activities as identified by the company.

  • Excellent knowledge of data reporting and forecasting.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a very competitive package that includes a basic salary of up to £30,000 (dependant on skills and experience).
