ElevateRTC are working with a prestigious Butchery and Deli Business who are looking for an experienced Butchery Manager to manage 3 shops in the group. Based in an affluent area of Bromley, you will deliver excellent customer service, manage a skilled set of butchers and work closely with the MD to create a true experience of exquisite butchery for customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to truly make their mark with the business, offering progression and input on business decisions.
Role and Responsibilities;
- Direct management of 3 shops
- Continual training and development of team
- Ordering and costing of meat products
- Hands on butchery skills

- Manage, implement and analyse promotions
Requirements;
- Extensive experience in butchery management
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledgeable within the meat industry
- Full driving license - travel required between 3 sites
- IT literate
