Brand Manager - Berkshire

Elevate Recruitment and Training Consultants are currently working with a leading confectionery business who are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to bring their knowledge, passion and marketing skills to lead on a globally recognised brand.

Duties to include;

• Drive brand growth
• Ownership of brand performance (analyse data, research market trends)
• Develop Junior Product Manager
• Responsibility of financial and market shares of brand
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand development

You will have at least 5 years' FMCG (food&beverage advantageous) experience and will lead and deliver on sales and profitability objectives. You will have full responsibility of P&L.
