Assistant Packhouse Supervisor - Kent

Our client needs a Packhouse Production Manager in Kent. They are one of the UK’s premier growers and packers of a wide variety of British fruit. They have a fantastic reputation in their sector and do all they can to maintain exceptionally high standards alongside the growth and development of their employees, therefore they’re looking for someone who shares those values. The Role

• £32,000-£37,000
• Monday to Friday
• Reporting in to the Operations Manager with several direct and indirect reports

The Candidate

• Leadership experience within a food manufacturing / FMCG environment
• IOSH Managing Safely or ability to pass the qualification
• HACCP Level 2 or ability to pass the qualification
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• The ability to motivate individuals to work towards a common goal
