You will line manage the team of Specifications Technologist and have management of finished product specification completion and artwork approval.
An experienced manager from a Technical function, cultural team fit is high on the agenda. You will have excellent communications and people management skills alongside the ability to work independently. This is a fast paced working environment and you must have the ability to keep moral and motivation across the team high.

Salary circa £40,000 with some limited travel required.
