Artwork & Specifications Manager - Bedfordshire

ElevateRTC are currently recruiting for a highly successful and national recognised business in Bedfordshire who are looking for vivacious and hands-on Artwork & Specification Manager. This is a varied role with 5 Specifications Technologists reporting to you. Working on both branded and private label products, this is an excellent opportunity for you to work in a high energy, people focused and forward thinking business.

Role and Responsibilities;

• Develop and manage career plans for 5 direct reports
• Resolve any incoming issues
• Working on product plans, from concept through to launch
• Manage and reconcile all team projects (including regulatory risk registers)
• Approval of artwork and product labelling
• Produce specifications
• Ensure all internal and external standards and being complied to by marketing, sales and R&D teams

For this role you will have suitable experience in the following;

• Degree qualified or suitably experience with detailed understanding of food product specifications, labelling legislation and or/retailer requirement.
• Team management 
• Working with marketing, NPD and procurement teams
